Return and Refund Policies

Aquatic Creations is committed to selling happy, healthy livestock at reasonable prices. Our dedication to our livestock ensures that you get the best quality additions for your aquarium. Our refund and return policies are put in place to protect both the livestock itself, and your investment. To better ensure the health of your purchase we have provided our recommended saltwater parameters and returns of fish and coral will require a water sample.  Water samples that do not test in our recommended safe range for livestock will not be considered eligible for refunds OR returns. Please read all policies carefully as they are subject to change without notice:

-SUGGESTED SALTWATER PARAMETERS-

• SPECIFIC GRAVITY: 1.024 - 1.026
• TEMPERATURE: 75 - 78 DEGREES F
• ALKALINITY: 8 - 10dKH
• CALCIUM: 380 - 450ppm
• MAGNESIUM: 1300 - 1450ppm
• NITRATE: 10 - 25ppm
• NITRATE: Undetectable
• AMMONIA: Undetectable
• PH: 8.0 - 8.4

-LIVESTOCK - FISH -

• Fish that die within 3 days of purchase are eligible for refund OR exchange (depending on availability) with a photo/video and water sample.
• Fish that are placed into unsuitable living conditions (such as unstable water parameters or with incompatible tank mates) with not be eligible for refunds or returns.

-LIVESTOCK - CORAL -

• Corals that die within 5 days of purchase are eligible for refund OR exchange (depending on availability) with a photo/video and water sample.
• Corals that die due to unstable or unsuitable water parameters will not be eligible for returns or refunds.
• Corals that die due to predation from unsuitable tank mates (certain species of fish and inverts) will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

-LIVESTOCK - INVERTEBRATES -

• ALL INVERTABRATE SALES ARE FINAL. Inverts (snails, hermit crabs, shrimp, starfish, etc.) Any inverts that are delivered are guaranteed to arrive alive and in good health.

-DRY GOODS-

• UNOPENED dry goods (pumps, supplies, liquid additives, etc.) can be returned up to 7 days from original purchase date.
• No returns or refunds will be issued on opened/ used products.
